Our planning is hyper-detailed and includes not only booking all your travels, but making sure you feel prepared for whatever your adventure throws your way. Once we share your proposed itinerary with you, we’ll collect and incorporate any feedback you may have—we want this to be a flawless vacation for you. With your final sign off, we’ll work behind the scenes to get you and your group of travelers fully booked.

What is Virtuoso, and what perks can you get me?
We are so proud to be a part of Virtuoso, the world’s leading collection of luxury properties and travel companies, via our host agency Gifted Travel Network. Through our affiliation with Virtuoso, we are able to get special perks, upgrades, and amenities just for our clients, such as early check in/late check out, complimentary breakfast, room upgrades, spa credits, and more (all subject to availability). We are also affiliated with a variety of elite preferred hotel programs, which allows us to pass on even more perks to our clients.
FAQS
Is there anything your planning service doesn’t include?
Our comprehensive service covers booking your full itinerary, including your hotel rooms and/or cruise cabins, airport transfers, private transportation, tours and excursions, and even “concierge” booking of your dinner reservations, spa appointments, etc.
Booking flights is not included in our standard service (though we can do this for you for an additional fee). We also do not book properties via AirBnb since we cannot guarantee quality—though we have access to wonderful villas and rentals via our industry connections.
What is the cost of using your custom planning service?
We do charge a Design Fee to cover our time planning your itinerary, booking your travels, and supporting you throughout your vacation. Our Design Fee varies depending on the complexity of your trip and the size of your group.
Not to worry—we’ll share the exact fee with you during our complimentary consultation call together, before we begin designing your itinerary.
